Learn the basics of yoga to enhance your Slow Flow and Power Flow practice.

Whether you're new to yoga or just want to be reminded of the fundamentals, this series will introduce you to 20 core postures. Take each pose a bit slower and receive more cues. You will build strength and learn more about alignment and benefits of each asana.
Join Angela Matthews for 5 weeks and breakdown standing poses, forward bends, back bends, and inversions.
Great for beginners or students who want to take a step back to the basics, and appreciate more feedback during class.
