Free Flow at Te Manawa Library

Bring your mat and friends and join us for 90 minutes of slow flow and restorative yoga in Auckland's brand new library.
Three teachers will be guiding us through three 20-30 minute flows. This is a great opportunity to check out different styles of yoga - we'd love your feedback on what you'd like to see at Kanuka Yoga Space.
