Low back pain affects up to 85% of people at some point in their life. The causes can be multifaceted and often involve emotional, postural and mechanical issues. Tension can get stored within the tissues and often refers pain to other areas.
In this workshop learn how breathing, core stability, myofascial release and simple developmental movements can help restore function, reduce pain and give you greater ease in your movement.

Kylie has been teaching myofascial release for over five years. She works with clients one-to-one who have experienced, or are recovering from musculoskeletal issues. She has a sound anatomical knowledge which she blends beautifully with Eastern Philosophy and energetics. She is also a teacher trainer and has a knack for empowering people to better health and to become the best version of themselves.
This workshop is for anyone wishing to discover how they can move better, reduce pain and feel empowered in their life.
