Mat Pilates - Five Week Series, with Natasha

Join Natasha Kohler for a new mat pilates, five-week series starting on Tuesday, 3rd August.


Pilates not only helps to develop a better physique and posture by strengthening the core and targeting and toning specific muscle groups. It also helps you to focus on releasing stress and tension in the body, improves balance and flexibility, helps to relieve pain and reduce injury, increases concentration through body awareness and ultimately improves your overall wellbeing.


All levels are welcomed as we have many variations to all exercises.




This is a five-week series.

Join for a casual class, or for all five - drop-ins more than welcome.

Begins - Tuesday, 3rd August

Time - 7pm - 8pm

About Natasha Kohler:

Natasha is a Pilates instructor and contemporary dancer based in Auckland. She studied Contemporary Dance at Unitec and since graduating in 2016 she has worked as a dance artist with Dance Plant Collective and as a movement and Pilates instructor.


Natasha has a passion for Pilates and the extraordinary benefits it brings to people of all different levels and backgrounds. In Natasha's classes, expect a versatile mix of whole body challenges as well as finding mind-body awareness through the use of breath and coordination. She brings aspects of her dance training into her teaching practice and enjoys finding flow within each movement.
