Prenatal Yoga Series - Begins 2nd June
We're excited to announce our next five-week Prenatal Yoga Series with Laura McKenzie.
Cultivate a sacred space to grow and bond with your baby, preparing for birthing day. Expect slow, gentle movement, with guided meditations to leave you grounded and calm.
Pregnancy yoga is recognised as an effective and safe practice, and is one of the most valuable self-care regimes you can participate in during this special and important time.
Laura is registered with the Yoga Alliance, she completed her 200HR YTT (200 hours, yoga teacher training) in 2016 and has been Kanuka Yoga's go-to Prenatal Yoga teacher throughout 2019.
On the rare occasion that Laura is away, we have Carol Jardine ready to step in and cover. Carol is very experienced with expecting Mamas and teaches on a weekly basis at Kanuka Yoga.
In any case, you can look forward to a quiet and introspective hour to wind down your day.

This series is normally $100 for all five-sessions, however we currently have a special 20% Off Promotion for Level 2, meaning you can attend all five classes for $80, or drop-in casually for $19.60 per session.
