Tune-In with Restore & Live Music

Join Tanija Luke & Stu Larsen in the studio on ANZAC Day - Thurs, 25th April and start your day off in style and comfort.


A calming, Restorative yoga class and guided relaxation with Tanija, along with live acoustic melodies and soothing sounds from Stu.

Sliding Scale Exchange - $30 - $50


The class will finish at 11.30am and we'll stick aroudn until midday, sharing tea and chats for anyone keen to hang out at the studio =)

Tune-In with Restore Yoga & Live Music

We are excited to be back in studio with our special Tune-In event; 90 minutes of slow, gentle yoga to nourish the body and calm the nervous system. Restorative yoga poses will guide the body to soften and release while we focus on the breath to calm and slow down the mind.


Tanija will use some Yin Yoga elements during the class, but the focus will be on relaxation and restoration.


You'll then get comfortable in Savasana for our guided Yoga Nidra relaxation where you will find yourself drifting between consciousness and sleep, in a deep sense of relaxation.


Enjoy the soothing sounds of acoustic guitar melodies and loops, singing bowls and chimes as you find relaxation and rest.


This class is suitable for everyone; no previous experience required.




About Your Hosts


Tanija Luke

With over 10 years of regular yoga practice Tanija has found so much appreciation for having a space to go to where she can find a sense of internal focus, a moment to slow down and re-connect to herself.

 

Tanija encourages a stronger connection to breath during her classes, and will invite you to listen to the rhythm of your body, allowing you to take options to find stability, ease and comfort within a pose.





Stu Larsen

A professional musician and co-creator of Kanuka Yoga Space, Stu and will be creating calming vibrations using instrumental, looping acoustic guitar melodies, singing bowls and chimes to help guide you on your journey inwards.

What To Bring?

  • Please bring something comfortable / stretchy to wear

  • No flexibility, strength or previous experience required

  • You're welcome to bring a water bottle that can be sealed

  • Hot tea from Tea Total will be provided before / after the event.

  • BYO yoga mat if you have one - the studio has all props available to use
