After the fantastic first Self-Reflection series with Tash, we're excited to host another round in the new year, 2020! What better time to look inward and give yourself a little extra time to self-reflect, and set yourself for a focused and positive year ahead.

Life can often be busy with lots of things on the plate (we know BBQ season can get a little full-on). It is in these times that we forget to take real notice of how things are going; how we're actually feeling day-to-day.

During this hour, the to-do-lists, agendas and worries can melt away as you are guided through a short meditation and self-reflection session. Start shifting your life from where you are, to where you want to be.

When - Every Sunday, starting Feb 16th to March 15th

Time - 4.30pm - 5.30pm (Sunday Restore straight after)

Cost - $100 for all five sessions, or $24 per casual drop-in class

What Is Sunday Self-Reflections?

This is a five-week journaling and meditation series with Tash; a Life & Mindset Coach. She will guide you through a beautiful, calming and inviting practice that will bring you a new sense of clarity, presence, and peace in your life.

Each week will focus on a different stage of the journey to reconnect with yourself, explore what you want most for yourself and your life, and provide you with takeaway practices to use at home. After each session you will be left with an intention to take into your following week; giving yourself a little more focus in the daily routine.

The series will be at Kanuka Yoga Space each Sunday, for one hour at 4.30pm - right before Sunday Restore at 5.45pm. Dedicate time to your mind and then immediately after dedicate time to your body.
