Yin + Essential Oils

We're bringing out some special essential oils for this extra-long restorative Yin session with Laura McKenzie on Friday, June 21st.

Take advantage of the winter solstice, the shortest day of the year, by using the extra evening hours to rest our bodies with more mindfulness. Gently release tension by staying in poses a bit longer to help relax and open joints and muscles. Learn more about the benefits of essential oils and how they can enhance how the body feels. Join us for this longer yin yoga practice which will leave your cells vibrating in harmony - a perfect set up for a relaxing weekend and blissful sleep.

Come with your mat (an eye pillow if you have one!) and some cozy layers.
