Want to learn more about Yoga Nidra or yogic sleep?

This deep relaxation technique has its origins in ancient yogic philosophy, while its benefits are backed by modern science. During this workshop we’ll discuss the origins, how to use Yoga Nidra to relieve and overcome stress and sleep issues and a little about the science behind this technique. Explore how setting a Sankalpa or life’s resolve can help to rid you of negative habitual patterns by forming new neural pathways.

Ever wondered why you need to keep completely still during the practice?

Is Yoga Nidra a form of hypnosis?

Should it be used to fall asleep at night?

These and other questions will be answered...
