Breathe some warmth and life into winter by joining us for a captivating experience of nurturing Hatha Yoga (suitable for all levels) and Yoga Nidra (deep guided relaxation). Be greeted with the warm sacred nutrient-rich Cacao to guide you to an open-hearted state to receive bliss and joy.

This deep relaxation technique has its origins in ancient yogic philosophy, while its benefits are backed by modern science. During this workshop we’ll discuss the origins, how to use Yoga Nidra to relieve and overcome stress and sleep issues and a little about the science behind this technique. Explore how setting a Sankalpa or life’s resolve can help to rid you of negative habitual patterns by forming new neural pathways.

  • Sacred Cacao on arrival, used spiritually and medicinally for over 3000 years

  • Aroma of burning Palo Santo, to cleanse the energy and enhance spiritual practice

  • Opening: mantra and breathwork / pranayama

  • Yoga Nidra Workshop: a discussion on origins, how it works, Koshas and the power of Sankalpa

  • Nurturing Hatha Yoga: slow, gentle and calming movement connected to breathe and sensation to draw you inwards and prepare you for Yoga Nidra

  • Crystal: an invitation to work with a crystal that resonates with you. Bring your own or use one from our studio

  • Yoga Nidra 45 minutes: voyage through the levels of awareness to a deep state of bliss
