About Foundations of Flow
Whether you have never tried yoga and want to give it a go, or if you practice regularly and are wanting to go back to the fundamentals, these classes are for you.
A five-week yoga basics series; one evening a week to learn more about the mindful practice of yoga asana (postures) and pranayama (breathing techniques), meditation and anything else your Kanuka guide would like to share.
Foundation Series are run in five-week blocks, with rotating teachers from Kanuka so you can learn all the fundamentals from unique perspectives.
The teacher will create a series plan and we'll share those details so you know what to expect each week. To meet the Kanuka Yoga Space Team, click here =)
