Kanuka Yoga Space is a neighbourly studio where you can breathe and move mindfully. We offer a variety of classes influenced by vinyasa, hatha, and yin/yang styles of yoga. Specialty workshops and movement classes outside the realm of yoga are also on offer. We believe offering a variety of classes will give Kanuka students the opportunity to find their own flow.

Kanuka Yoga Space aims to enhance your personal practice - whether it’s a solo practice at home or time in the outdoors. We hope the space encourages you to feel more connected with yourself and the world around you.
The studio is influenced by the natural beauty of New Zealand. We encourage you to bring your practice to the great outdoors close to Hobsonville and West Auckland: Catalina Bay, on the Auckland harbour, the Waitakere Ranges, or the stunning West Coast beaches.

Studio doors are OPEN during Level 2.
On request, we will extend any Kanuka Yoga pass that missed out on days due to Lockdown Level 3 and higher.

We are conveniently located for residents of West Auckland all the way to the North Shore; close motorway access via Brigham Creek Road. Address is 102C Hobsonville Road - opposite Hobsonville Primary School, and you'll notice MidPoint Cafe on the corner. You can find Kanuka towards the back of the complex, ground-floor, corner-end unit.
How To Book:
Please book on our website (view our schedule) or on the Mindbody Mobile App. We suggest searching for Kanuka Yoga Space and adding us to your Favourites ❤️ for easy access to our schedule. Walk-ins are always welcome, but we do encourage you to book ahead of time. Sign-in is easy! Class sign-in opens 15 minutes before classes start.
All passes are non-refundable and non-transferrable and cannot be put on hold.
Free Parking Options:
During regular 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri business working hours please use the street parking options available; Hobsonville Road, Dowdens Lane and Workspace Drive. Kanuka Yoga have 3x designated parking spots for our Annual Pass holders during the day.
Outside of regular business hours (i.e. before 9am, after 5pm and weekends) you can park anywhere you like - including pre-designated spots within the car park. To learn more, click here.
Online purchases through MindBody will incur a 2.75% transaction fee.
Dishonoured transactions due to declined payment online will incur a $14.95 fee from Ezidebit.

Cancellations prior to one hour before class results in no penalty. Class may not be returned onto pass with late notice.
Receive 15% off our normal prices when you auto-pay month-to-month for an unlimited pass, or you can auto-pay every three months for an even better price. What To Bring:
Something comfortable to wear, and some water.
You are likely to raise your internal heat in our power flows.
For slow flow and restorative/yin, you may want to bring something warm to wear.
We do encourage you to bring your own mat, however studio mats, bolsters, blocks and straps are available for all our yogis.
Can I Bring My Kid Along To Class?
Starting January 2020, our regular weekly yoga classes are kid-free. Please click here to learn more.
There is one bathroom with a toilet.
We recommend coming along ready to flow, however you will have privacy if you need it.
Water and tea will always be provided.
Our space is available during the day when classes are not scheduled and mostly Saturday and Sunday afternoon and evenings. Please send us an email if you’re interested in using our studio for your event.
