OUR VIBe

Kanuka Yoga Space is a neighbourly yoga studio and wellness space where you can breathe and move mindfully in the community of others.

We offer a variety of classes influenced by vinyasa, hatha, yin/yang, pilates, somatics and trauma-informed styles of yoga.

Our classes emphasize inclusivity and accessibility so Kanuka students have the opportunity to find their own flow. Please reach out if you'd like us to consider any accommodation for you.

Specialty workshops and movement classes outside the realm of yoga are also on offer.

We hope the space encourages you to feel more connected with yourself and the world around you.

The studio is a welcoming space where you can show up as your authentic self. We're proud of the diversity of our members with a broad range of ages, genders, cultural backgrounds, and yoga experience reflected.
