Weekly Yoga Classes

Kanuka Yoga weekly schedule, timetable of yoga classes

Slower classes for stability of body and mind.

Sunrise Yoga - 45min class to start your day with sun salutations to awaken your body and mind - going into your week grounded and centered.

Tea & Somatic Meditation - 30min seated movement and guided meditation, enjoy a warm cup of tea as you settle into a grounding meditation that weaves resourcing, gentle breathwork, and simple somatic movements to support your nervous system. A calming practice to help you feel centered, present, and at ease in both mind and body.

Slow Flow - vinyasa-hatha inspired yoga class

Women's Yoga - learn more about the benefits of this practice on women's health and energy

Strength-based classes to flex your body, mind, and spirit.

Power Flow - vinyasa-hatha inspired yoga class with opportunities to challenge your strength, balance, and flexibility

Yogalates - toning and conditioning using body weight, hand weights, or resistance bands with a focus on breath, meditative mindset, and flow

Ashtanga - half primary sequence

Restorative classes to nurture your nervous system with rest and recovery.

Restore & Meditate - A deeply calming class combining restorative and gentle postures - all reclined or seated - with generous use of props like bolsters, blankets and blocks. Movement is designed to soften tension and settle the nervous system.

Begin with grounding breath and close with a guided meditation to support quiet reflection, inner ease, and spaciousness.

Yin & Sound - Settle into a deeply restorative experience where slow, supported yin postures meet the soothing resonance of sound. This gentle class weaves together different sound elements every week which could include: crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, a carefully curated playlist, or auditory meditation to help soften tension and calm the nervous system.

As your body unwinds in long, nourishing holds, the vibrations and tones invite your mind to settle, your breath to deepen, and your whole system to shift into a state of ease.

Perfect for anyone seeking stillness, nervous system support, and a grounding end to the day.

Myofascial Stress Release - If you feel stress and tension stored in the body, this class is for you.

This class will guide you through the whole body, rolling, releasing muscles and fascia to shift patterns of dysfunction, and reinvigorate those areas of fascial tissue that sometimes feel stuck or stiff!
