As women, our bodies are cyclical by nature. We move through constant change — seasons of growth, abundance, shedding, and stillness. Just like the earth, our energy shifts with time, and yoga offers a way to honour these inner rhythms rather than resist them.
We’ll explore physical poses alongside neuroscience of womanhood — guided by feminine archetypes, yogic wisdom, and the subtle language of the body.
🌸 Week 1 – Spring: Renewal, Fertility, and the Architect Within
Spring is the season of beginnings - In this class, we’ll focus on planting seeds of intentions, clearing the path for new growth through cleansing breathwork and a strong yet nurturing vinyasa flow to awaken vitality. This is a time to reconnect with the creative energy of the Architect archetype — the part of you that dreams, envisions, and builds with intention.
☀️ Week 2 – Summer: Heart Fire and the Power of Connection
Summer invites us into warmth, expression, and expansion. We’ll slow down with heart-opening practices. We’ll also touch on breast health and gentle practices to nurture this area of the body often overlooked in yoga. This is the Lover archetype’s season — full of compassion, vitality, and radiance.
🍂 Week 3 – Fall: The Art of Letting Go
As the leaves fall, we too are invited to release. This week centers around breathwork for release, lateral body flows, and reflection on what no longer serves us. Practice somatic explorations of the pelvic floor and diaphragm — the two centers that hold our life force and breath. Viewed through the lens of perimenopause and menopause, we’ll explore the transitions between Maiden, Mother, and Crone, honoring the cyclical nature of aging and transformation. Fall teaches us that letting go is not loss — it’s spaciousness for what’s next.
❄️ Week 4 – Winter: Turning Inward, Cultivating Stillness
Winter brings the invitation to rest and listen deeply. In this yin-inspired class, we’ll move with water-themed practices to support the kidneys and adrenals — the home of our life force energy (Jing) in Traditional Chinese Medicine. This session offers a sanctuary for those navigating anxiety, worry, or hormonal imbalances, emphasizing gentle release and deep nourishment. The Wise Woman archetype reminds us: renewal begins in stillness.
🌕 Week 5 – Integration: The Whole Cycle
Our final session brings together the wisdom of all four seasons. Through a flow that integrates strength, softness, breath, and stillness, we’ll honor the cyclical nature of life and womanhood — birth, growth, release, rest — as one continuous dance. This practice is a celebration of wholeness — of the woman who contains all seasons within her.
💫 This course is for you if you’re seeking to:

🌼 Disclaimer
This course is created for women and all those who identify as women, in honor of the cyclical and intuitive nature of the feminine experience. Throughout the series, we will explore themes of hormonal health and life transitions through a yogic and holistic lens.
Please note that all discussions are educational and reflective in nature — participants are invited to discern what resonates and adapt practices to their own bodies and experiences. Nothing shared should replace professional medical advice.
This is a space of inclusion, respect, and self-guided exploration — where each participant is honored as the expert of their own body and story. 🌿
