Cheryl will bring her 17 Crystal Tones bowls along with traditional nepalese and Tibetan bowls, shamanic drum, native American flute, sansula and other sound healing instruments.

The crystal bowls are made of the highest quality (99.992% pure!) quartz crystal, making them incredibly resonant. Made only with ethically sourced high grade US crystal. Cheryl will bring a frosted chakra set and 10 alchemy bowls that have in gemstones and precious metals such as 24 carat gold, silver and platinum added to the firing. All bowls are made with intention.

The alchemy bowls are pictured below with peridot, platinum and pink aura with added gold:

The tones produced by crystal bowls are not just heard by the ear, you feel them in your body, with certain tones affecting your energy centres (chakras) for healing, balancing and meditation.

About Cheryl Farthing:

I’ve been teaching Yoga for 18 years and working with sound in my practice for the last 14 years which has become a bigger calling in my life, and my boutique yoga studio in Devonport, Auckland can't contain my huge collection of sound healing equipment and bowls and I want to share the magic, and healing properties of these beautiful instruments with more people.

I use traditional instruments like Nepalese and Tibetan bowls as well as crystal, and have a beautiful collection of Crystal Tones Alchemy bowls. I also incorporate chimes, drums and other sound healing instruments.

“Physical sound can lead you to the inner vibration of Prana, Prana is the cause of all sound, and sound is the expression of Prana."
