Early Morning Classes at Kanuka Yoga Space

Join us in the studio for early morning classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays and set yourself up with mindful breath and movement for the rest of your day.
Why practice yoga early in the morning?
Starting your day with a yoga practice will warm up your digestive system and help nutrients move more easily through the body, causing your body to metabolise carbs and fats more quickly.
An hour of conscious breathing and mindful movement will help shake the sleep from your eyes, and will focus your energies for the day.
Our friendly teachers at Kanuka will be the guide, however the practice is yours - start your day on the right foot, or left, depending which tree pose you're about to do.
Early morning classes at Kauka Yoga are from 6.30am to 7.30am
