How long does it take to get into a yoga practice?

Kanuka Yoga Space in Hobsonville has two intro offers to choose from: $30 for 10 consecutive days of yoga or $99 for unlimited yoga for one month.


New to yoga?

It's recommended that you start with a class that is slow-paced. These classes give you time to explore fundamental poses, breath patterns, and cultivating mindfulness. There are 6:30am Slow Flow classes at Kanuka Yoga Space for only $10 - a great entry point into experiencing the benefits of yoga.
