Have you ever wondered why some movement leaves you feeling light, fluid and free, while other forms of stretching never quite create lasting change?

The answer may lie within your fascia - the remarkable connective tissue that forms a continuous web throughout our entire body.

For many years, fascia was thought to be little more than wrapping around muscles. Today, research reveals something far more fascinating: fascia is a living, adaptable and highly intelligent tissue that responds to movement, hydration, breath and the way we experience our bodies.

In this workshop, we'll explore the science behind fascia in an accessible and practical way, discovering how movement nourishes this intricate network and why variety - not simply stretching - is the key to healthy, resilient tissue.

Together we'll experience how flowing movement, spiral patterns, mindful mobility and nourishing Yin Yoga each influence our connective tissue in unique ways. You'll learn why fascia thrives on movement, how hydration occurs from within, and how long-held poses can create space, resilience and ease throughout the body.

This workshop is designed for anyone who wants to understand their body more deeply or simply is curious about moving with greater freedom.

We look forward to hosting you in our cosy studio space this October.
