Online classes can be a great way to supplement your studio practice.

Always bring your preferred props if you'd like more support and feel free to reach out after your class with any questions.

Here's the latest LiveStream Schedule during Level 4

See What's Included In Your Pass:

  • LiveStream Yoga Classes - every day we will LiveStream one class with your favourite Kanuka Yoga teachers. Can't make a LiveStream? These classes are saved on the feed and into playlists for your viewing later.

  • Yoga Content - share, comment, and discuss all things yoga. Great chance to ask questions or touch base with one of our teachers or students. A favourite is accessing our music playlists!

  • Something a Lil' Different - join us for a private workshop event; included in your KHP pass. You'll find information, dates and times for these workshops on KanukaHomePractice (our private, Facebook group), on our public Facebook page plus our Instagram channel. Follow us to stay up-to-date!

  • Our YouTube Channel - these short, online videos are edited just for you and align with themes in the studio; classes include Power Flows, Slow Flows, Chair Yoga, and Meditations; all classes are roughly 30 minutes in length.

Once you're within the private Facebook Group, #KanukaHomePractice, you'll have access to all our saved 'playlists' - this includes our entire collection of LiveStream Yoga Classes; plenty of class styles, teachers and options for you to try out!

Please Note - you need an active #KanukaHomePractice pass to join the group.

If you are unsure about which pass to purchase, please contact us at

  • SLOW - fusion of hatha and vinyasa, but with slower, deeper poses

  • POWER - strength based, energetic classes, aimed to raise internal heat

  • CHAIR YOGA - 15-20 minute classes; gentle movement which is suitable for all ages and abilities. A fantastic way to break up your working week as classes can be done from your desk

  • MEDITATION - 10 to 15 minute classes; be guided through a calming meditation. Turn the focus to the breath, and become aware of your thoughts. Suitable for beginners and people that already have a regular meditation practice.

Lockdown Guide for Existing Pass Holders:

  • The studio doors are closed for Level 3 & 4

  • Studio doors re-open for socially distanced classes at Level 2 - we recommend you book in advance as class sizes are reduced

Annual Pass holders and Unlimited Yoga Subscription yogis can join #KanukaHomePractice at no extra cost - request to join here

If you have an Unlimited Yoga pass with us you can either:


  • You can take a break from Kanuka and upon your request, we'll extend your pass by the number of days we spend in Level 3 & 4.

If you're on an Intro Offer with us, just send us a short note after Lockdown 3 & 4 and we'll happily extend your pass by the number of days missed in-studio.

All other passes are valid for 6 months from your first visit - we're happy to extend your pass by the number of days missed in studio upon your request.
