Join us for this delicious two hours of softness and release.

Nurture your subtle energy body through a fusion of the sacred senses method - a multi-sensory experience created to combine the stimulation of our physical senses - taste with cacao, sight with a delicate atmosphere as well as the blindfold, smell with aromatherapy, touch with crystals and of course hear with sound.

The full experience combined creates sacred senses. The collaboration between this and Yin yoga creates a deeper integration and physical experience that leave all in bliss and harmony

This event has been specifically created with a feminine focus.

/// What To Expect ///

This sound immersive session weaves together ceremonial cacaorestorative Yin yoga, and a Sacred Senses sound bath to guide you into deep connection, stillness, and energetic alignment.

We begin by setting intentions with heart-opening ceremonial cacao, lovingly prepared by Eve to support hormone balance and nourish the feminine spirit. From there, you'll move into a whole-body integrative Yin practice, with long-held postures designed to open the body along the meridian lines, restoring the natural flow of Chi.

Yin, Restorative Yoga and Sound Immersion at Kanuka Yoga Space

We close with Sacred Senses a multisensory experience that combines the power of sound healing, aromatherapy, cacao, crystals, and more, creating a deeply immersive and transformative journey for the body, mind, and spirit. The healing vibrations of sound align the body’s energy, soothe the nervous system, and promote deep relaxation, while other sensory elements enhance the overall experience.

When combined with Yin Restorative, this practice goes even deeper. The long-held, meditative Yin poses further enhance the integration of the sensory experience, helping to release physical tension, improve flexibility, and promote emotional healing. The combination of these practices creates a profound sense of bliss, balance, and harmony, leaving participants deeply restored and aligned.

Eve comes from a lineage of healers, with sacred wisdom passed down through her grandmother and aunty. Her professional training includes Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, Crystal Therapy, and Energy Work, among other holistic modalities.

In addition to her formal training, Eve brings the depth of lived experience, having journeyed through cancer and a transplant—an initiation that deeply informs her work and presence. This personal healing path has strengthened her intuitive abilities and her commitment to holding space with authenticity, compassion, and care.

Drawing on ancestral knowledge, holistic training, and her own transformation, Eve has developed Sacred Senses—a unique, multisensory experience combining ceremonial cacao, vibrational sound, breath, scent, and crystal healing. Her sessions gently guide participants into deep relaxation, energetic realignment, and a return to inner peace, clarity, and self-love.
