This ceremony is an invitation to slow down and celebrate the subtle energy of the moon, plant allies, restorative yoga, and reiki. Reconnect with your inner glow during the coldest weeks of the year.
We honor the indigenous and ancient cultures who work with the rhythms of the moon and the seasons.
Be welcomed into the space with an aromatic and uplifting smudge.
Learn more about the history and energetics of blue lotus, palo santo and sage.
Sit with blue lotus and an intention setting meditation.
Receive 1:1 reiki during a grounded and heart opening restorative yoga class.
Gather for a closing integration circle.

Kanuka studio owner and teacher, Raquel Minh, is passionate about re-indigenising wellness practices and is on a journey of reclaiming ancestry as a Mexican-Vietnamese.
She is a trauma-trained somatic integration facilitator and plant medicine guide. She works with meso-american plant medicine like palo santo, sage, copal, and cacao and weaves in the wisdom of curanderismo, yogic philosophy, and animism alongside neuroscience and polyvagal theory.
She will be welcoming you with sage and palo santo, guiding you through a restorative practice, and supporting integration.
Frankie Cole – Kanuka Yoga teacher and Blue Lotus Yogi. She provides education and around the benefits of blue lotus and shares this special plant medicine through Lotus Yogi.
She is also a Level 2 Reiki practitioner and will be offering this subtle medicine during your restorative yoga.
Jasmine Donald is the founder of Moving Rivers, a wellness and creative practice dedicated to embodied healing and authentic self-expression. With years of experience facilitating group journeys, one-on-one energy healing, and sound therapy, Jasmine brings a grounded, intuitive, and trauma-aware approach to every session.
She holds a degree in Contemporary Dance, which included training in somatics and embodied movement practices. Jasmine is also a certified Energy Medicine Facilitator and has additional training in alchemical transformation and mastermind coaching. Her sessions are known for their warm, nurturing atmosphere and their ability to support lasting transformation.
