Mums + Bubs Yoga Series
We have a new Mums + Bubs five-week yoga series starting Wednesday, 3rd August at Kanuka Yoga Space.
Join Megan Blennerhassett for an hour each week to find your breath and movement whilst having your little ones close by. You can tend to your baby when needed and enjoy a bit of you time as well.
Five-Week Mums + Bubs Yoga Series

Time - 9.30am - 10.30am each week

Throughout the five-week series, there will be a focus on:
Restrengthening and balancing the pelvic floor and core
Stretch out tight shoulders and chest
Postures and breathing techniques to manage stress
Rejuvenative postures for when you haven't slept
Connect with other mums and make new friends
Share insights and wisdom to help navigate new mamahood with more ease
Classes are best suited for little ones who are not yet crawling and mothers who are 6 weeks postpartum.
Babies are generally not included in the yoga flow (mum + bub postures), but some inclusive poses are available and classes can be uniquely tailored on request.
Our teacher (Megan) will help calm babies during Savasana with the gentle sounds of our rainstick, singing bowls and chimes - giving you all the rest and relaxation you need.
