Join Raquel Minh for a new five-week beginners yoga series where you'll learn the fundamentals of vinyasa and hatha yoga.
We'll be moving slowly, with plenty of time to make each pose work for your unique body. We'll touch on some basic yoga philosophy and the space will be safe to ask questions as we move.

We have a new, five-week mat pilates series with Natasha Kohler.
Pilates has many benefits which you'll notice more with a regular practice. Release stress in the body, improve balance and strength and your overall wellbeing.
Natasha brings aspects of her dance training into her teaching and enjoys finding flow within each movement.
